At Lampe FLIX, our commitment to your satisfaction with your IPTV subscription is unwavering. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you need a refund. Below you will find our refund policy, designed to provide you with all the necessary information.

Right of Withdrawal – 7-Day Reflection Period

We grant you a 7-day reflection period from the date of your initial IPTV package purchase. If our online TV services do not meet your expectations for any reason within this period, you have the right to request a full refund.

Refund Conditions

This refund policy applies exclusively to new customers subscribing to an IPTV package for the first time. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. The package and service must remain unused during the 7-day reflection period. Refund requests must be submitted through our dedicated contact form. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 days of receiving the request.

Lampe FLIX BOX

The Lampe FLIX BOX is subject to an additional 24-hour condition: if a technical issue with the Box cannot be resolved within 24 hours of contacting our support team, you are entitled to a full refund for the Box.

Special Cases

Any transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds do not apply to subscriptions that have already been renewed or extended after the 7-day reflection period has expired. The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases of violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of our services.
