Right of withdrawal - 7-day cooling-off period
We allow you a cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of initial purchase of your IPTV package. If for any reason our online TV services do not meet your expectations within this period, you have the right to request a full refund.
Refund conditions:
The refund policy is aimed exclusively at new customers who are subscribing to IPTV for the first time. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. The package must remain unused and the service unused during the 7-day cooling-off period. Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form provided. Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the request.
Special cases:
Any transaction fees will not be refunded. Refunds do not apply to subscriptions that have already been renewed or extended after the 7-day cooling-off period. The right of withdrawal may not apply in the event of a breach of our terms of use or misuse of our services.
